Tunes like “You Are So Beautiful”, “Feelin’ Alright”, and “Up Where We Belong” are all classics. In 1968, Cocker remade the Beatles song, “A Little Help from My Friends”. Cocker’s version went on to become number one in the U.K.
In 1969, Cocker performed at Woodstock along with Sly the Family Stone, Santana, Grateful Dead, Janis Joplin, The Who, Jimi Hendrix and many others. Rolling Stone listed Woodstock as one of the 50 Moments That Changed the History of Rock and Roll.

Can you imagine having sixty number one hit songs? George Strait definitely didn’t see that coming. That’s more than Madonna (55), Michael Jackson (43), Elvis (41), and The Beatles (36). He is one of the few people that will ever have as many #1’s equal to their age. In over thirty years in the music business Strait never had to change his style. This cowboy rode away after his final tour this year, but says that he will still put out new music. No matter how much other genres of music influence country music, the country enthusiasts will always want to hear true sounds of George Strait.
These are the Top 10 George Strait songs:
